His deep understanding of farming ecosystems and global market opportunities plays a pivotal role in scaling the company’s impact and business growth.

Bharath Kumar R brings 12+ years of experience in finance, technology and management, ensuring financial discipline, strategic planning, and sustainable growth for AGTech Wavez. His expertise supports sound decision-making across operations, investments, and long-term expansion.

Nisarga Ramchand has 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, export operations, 3D visualization, and technology-driven solutions. She leads brand development, global market positioning, and digital outreach, helping AGTech Wavez connect farmers and products to international buyers effectively.

Pavan with his 5+ years of experience leads the logistics function with strong experience in legal compliance and supply chain management.
